Do I need an existing Sportsfuel account to become a Pro member?
- Yes, you will need an existing Sportsfuel account to convert to SF Pro. If you have shopped with Sportsfuel before, you already have an account. If you're new to Sportsfuel, you can create your account first by visiting this link.
How do I become an SF Pro member?
- To join SF Pro, select either the Monthly or Annual Membership option above, and click the “Become A Pro Now!” button. Then, complete the checkout process using the same email address you use for your normal Sportsfuel account. After your payment is processed, you'll be redirected back to our website, and your account will be upgraded to Pro.
How do I cancel my SF Pro membership?
- To cancel your SF Pro membership, simply send us an email, and we'll take care of it for you. Once you've sent the email, consider your subscription canceled — your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I use my SF Pro membership online & in-store?
- Yes, you can use your Pro membership both online and in-store. When shopping in-store, simply inform the store staff that you're a Pro member and provide them with your email address, and they will give you Pro pricing.
Is the membership a recurring charge?
- Yes, the monthly option renews every month, and the annual option renews every year until cancelled.
How does 10% off full price products work?
- As a Pro member, you'll get the best price on all our products guaranteed. If a product isn't already on sale, you'll get 10% off. If a product is already on sale for 10% or more, we'll add an extra 5% discount. Your automatic SF Pro discount will be applied at checkout if you're logged in with your SF Pro account.
Can I use discount codes with my SF Pro membership?
- No, discount codes cannot be used with SF Pro. As an SF Pro member, you'll automatically receive the best price we can offer at checkout.
How do the Shipping perks work?
